1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery within Reedley and surrounding Central Valley areas. Delivery availability outside our standard service area may be possible for an additional fee.
Customers may contact us to confirm delivery availability before placing an order.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary depending on product availability:

If delivery must be rescheduled due to customer unavailability, additional delivery fees may apply.
4. Delivery Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

Pathways are clear and safe

Pets are secured

Floors are protected if necessary

Someone 18 years or older is present at delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to space limitations or unsafe conditions:

5. Delivery Inspection Policy
Customers must inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery.
By signing the delivery confirmation, the customer acknowledges the furniture was received in acceptable condition unless noted otherwise.
Any damage must be:

Supported with photos if requested
Claims made after this timeframe may not be approved.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts

7. Store Pickup Policy
Customers choosing store pickup agree to:

8. Customer Damage During Self-Transport
If a customer transports their own furniture:

Scratches after pickup
9. Assembly Services
If assembly is included or purchased:

Only services listed on the invoice will be performed

We are not responsible for wall mounting unless specified

10. Old Furniture Removal
Removal of old furniture must be arranged in advance and may require an additional fee.
11. Storage Fees
If delivery cannot be scheduled within the agreed timeframe:
